The Okahandja Highlanders have officially marked their calendar year off with the first tournament of the year. The competition is a great starting point for the team and a good preparation for the league, kicking off on the 6th of April 2024. The team has been busy working on their conditioning and fitness, which will be a perfect ground to monitor the team’s progress.
It will be a good experience for many, as they take the field for the first time, for the Club and their first Annual Castle Lite Ten-A-Side tournament. This platform gives coaches a great overview of the areas that need work and also the ones that work. This tournament is not just about the competition, but it brings a fun element to the day, and it brings together a Rugby community.
