Our Rugby Team made history by competing in its fi

Our Rugby Team made history by competing in its first-ever 7s tournament the past weekend. The Team started off slow, with a loss to Sparta Rugby Club, but bounced back to qualify for the knockout stage, by beating Vipers Rugby Club, and Oceans Rugby Club.

The Team made it to the Final playing Sparta Rugby Club. The match ended in a draw resulting in a sudden death, which Sparta won. "We are very proud of our team on their performances and to have collected our first silverware for the team and the Club." - Coach

Okahandja Highlanders Rugby Team, is set to make history again, as the Club will be competing in their first 7's competition. This marks a first for the team representing the Club, and its management team.

The Club will be selecting a 14-man team to compete in their group of Viper, Etosha Lions, Oceans Rugby, and Sparta, for a spot into the finals.
